The heat shrink tube expansion system comprises a conveying roller wheelset, a heating furnace, an expansion mold, and a pulling roller wheel set in sequence, wherein at least one driving roller wheel is set for driving a heat shrink tube to be expanded and arranged in the heating furnace. According to the heat shrink tube expansion system, the driving roller wheel set is placed in the heating furnace and is used for applying conveying pulling force to the heat shrink tube to be expanded in the heating furnace, so that a semi-finished product of the heat shrink tube to be expanded can be effectively pulled into the heating furnace, the axial stretching deformation caused by a long distance between the conveying roller wheelset and the pulling roller wheel set is avoided, the expansion can be stabilized, and the product quality is improved.

Details of heat shrinkable tube expansion production line:

  1. Unwinding stand: Pneumatic can be adjusted up and down, and the unwinding disc can rotate freely.
  2. The feeding part of the tube blank: the transmission part is driven by the motor, and the rubber roller feeds the tube blank into the glycerin box
  3. Glycerin heating box: electric heating of glycerin, heating the tube blank, the tube blank reaches a molten and high elastic state
  4. Conveying part: the transmission part is driven by the motor to realize the continuous and uniform conveying of the tube blank in the glycerin box
  5. Mold positioning part: used to install the expansion mold
  6. Vacuum control part: control the vacuum size of the mold
  7. Water cooling part: control the amount of water in the mold and cool the expanded heat shrinkable tube
  8. Traction output part: the motor drives the rubber roller to pull the expanded heat-shrinkable tube for output.
